| Zombie Make-Up Tip Example |
 | | | | | |
|
| This is an example of a zombie make-up tip. Here, you'd write a little bit about what you're showing. Perhaps it's a way to make eyes appear more sunken, or an easier way to take off zombie make-up, or perhaps how to shred a shirt, or apply a gaping head wound. |

One old dress shirt One steak knife, or other serrated knife |
|
| DIRECTIONS: |
| 1. Find a cheap shirt at a thrift store, or use an old shirt that you don't mind destroying. | | | 2. Start with one of the sleeves. Place the shirt on a countertop and, while pressing your body against the shirt and pinning it to the countertop, pull the sleeve taut. | | | 3. Drag the serrated blade of the knife across the sleeve. The knife should be angled perpendicular to the sleeve, not parallel. The blade should drag, not slice. | | | 4. Vary the pressure of knife while dragging it across the sleeve. This will cause snags, tears, rips, and other natural looking distresses to the material. | | | 5. Continue dragging the knife across the sleeve, distressing the fabric to taste. | | | 6. Repeat this process to each of the shirt parts. | | | 7. To add extra realism, texture or color the torn and distressed edges and portions of the shirt with dirt, coffee grounds, oil, dry brushed acrylic paint, or other staining material. | | |
