A traditional Klingon dish of serpent worms, best served live. Great for a Star Trek themed party or any time a ghastly looking but great tasting dish is desired.

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Soba Noodles
6 Scallions, chopped
3 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1 ounce Fried Rice seasoning
Soy Sauce
Sunflower Oil
Food Coloring
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the Soba Noodles in water with a small amount of Soy Sauce and a few drops of red, blue and black food coloring (You're looking for a dark burgundy). Simmer until desired tenderness. Drain.
2. In a frying pan, pour a bit of sunflower oil and about 2 tsp. of soy sauce. When oil is very hot, add all of the scallions and bean sprouts. Add eggs a little at a time and mix constantly.
3. Add the noodles to the mixture in the frying pan. Add fried rice seasoning and enough oil to just lightly coat the noodles. Mix constantly and thoroughly for approximately 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve on plate garnished with red-tip leaf lettuce
