| INGREDIENTS: |
1 round of Brie or Camembert 1 tube croissant dough 16 ounce jar of preserves (Cherry jelly, cranberry chutney you decide) crackers or bread |

| DIRECTIONS: |
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Hold cheese round in its side and cut in half (so you have two full moons not two half moons). | | 2. Spoon out a goodly amount of preserves on the cheese, then replace the other half, sandwiching the preserves.
| | | 3. Open and unroll croissant dough, Place cheese in center and wrap it in dough. | | | 4. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and slightly crispy. | | | 5. Serve warm with crackers or bread. | | |
