Dessert
RECIPE YIELD:
24
PREP TIME:
1 h.
READY IN:
1 h.
INGREDIENTS:
10 ounces Large Marshmallows
1 can Lollipop or Craft Stics
14 ounces White Melting Chocolate
1/4 cup Handfull of Mini Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take yourself a bag of Marshmallows - the big 'uns, not the small 'uns. Now grab your sticks and insert them into the bottom of each one.
2. Put all of your skewered Mallows on a baking sheet and slap them inthe freezer until they are good and froze (I like to give them an hour just to be safe)
3. At the tail end of your freezing time, start melting your White Chocolate - you can do this however you like - I do the double boiler thing or you can do the microwave thing, just make sure you use a deep bowl.
4. Take your frozen Mallows and dip them into the Melted White Chocolate, being sure they are fully coated. This can take some practice. If your Mallows aren't frozen they will melt and fall of and get all oogy!
5. When coated set aside to cool. I usually stand them up in an upside down empty egg carton or a styrofoam block - whatever you got really.
6. Before completely cooled, add Mini Chocolate Chips for eyes - you could also use the Mini M & M's - however you like to rock it is cool. : )
7. Allow to cool completely, sit back and nom away!
