INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 can sweet condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 container cool whip
1 dash allspice & groound cloves
1/2 Tablespoon ground ginger
1 box of ginger snap cookies
apples or pears
DIRECTIONS:
1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add canned pumpkin, sour cream and sweet condensed milk.
3. Mix in spices and then stir in cool whip.
4. Serve with Ginger snap cookies and/or Graham crackers, slices apples and/or pears.
